Day 1-2

Day 1 – March 10th – 9am to 5pm | Day 2 – March 11th – 9am to 5pm

Fiplex by Honeywell BDA Hands-on Certification – Level 2

Content:

Overview of Honeywell BDA products, including the new 700/800 All-in-One BDA, NG 100 BBU, and 200AH BBU.
Introduction to the FlexBDA platform.
RF Fundamentals session followed by Hands-On exercises.
BDA configuration with Rigol Spectrum Analyzer, signal measurement, CW Signal Generation, BDA commissioning, and testing.

Prerequisites:

Attendees must have completed BDA Level 1 Training on My Honeywell Building University.
Ensure that you sign up for your FlexBDA account at www.flexbda.com prior to the event.

Day 3

Day 3 – March 12th – 9am to 5pm

PCTEL BDA Commissioning Tests

Content:

Learn best practices for BDA commissioning tests.
Execute tests for BDA system optimization, signal quality, and interference detection using PCTEL test equipment.
RF Fundamentals session followed by Hands-On exercises.
Review of typical tests required for BDA commissioning, illustrated with the PCTEL Public Safety Test Solution.

Day 4

Day 4 – March 13th – 9am to 5pm

PCTEL Grid Test Certification

Complete your certification in grid-based in-building coverage testing using PCTEL SeeHawk software.
Learn to plan, configure, and execute code-compliant tests that adhere to NFPA and IFC standards.
Gain hands-on experience with PCTEL scanning receivers and SeeHawk Touch software.
Certification as a PCTEL Certified Public Safety Tester upon successful completion.
